Flow unveils second generation training package

Flow Hospitality Training has launched a new version of its online package, with improved software promising an enhanced look and easier navigation.

The modules have been designed to offer a flexible, cost effective approach to hospitality training, with employees able to learn at a time, place and pace convenient to them.

Modules can also be customised to meet an individual company’s requirements, right down to the menu and logos.

Among the 10 updated and expanded modules are The Bartender, The Waiter, Wine, Cocktails, Food Safety and Licensing & Social Responsibility. The last two have been designed to fulfil the requirements of Level 2 Food Safety training and the Licensing Act 2003.

Karen Calvert, Flow operations director, observed: “The original modules were designed 18 months ago, and in this time software capabilities have moved forward dramatically.

We were keen to deliver a product that is as innovative as possible, and are finding in particular that the interactive games are providing learners with a fun way to consolidate their wealth of learning.”
