Hampton Water, the wine label of rock star Jon Bon Jovi and son Jesse Bongiovi, has announced the release of the 2022 vintage of its rosé in time for the brand’s fifth anniversary.
Celebrated winemaker Gérard Bertrand created a blend of 60% Grenache, 15% Cinsault, 15% Mourvèdre, and 10% Syrah sourced from Languedoc plots. After 30-60 days in new French oak, the result is, according to Bongiovi: “…just as fresh, lively and easy to drink as previous vintages but I would argue even brighter.” Flavours of strawberry and citrus precede a long finish.
