Tasting notes:
Mary Le Bow is a farm-designated Bordeaux-style blend with a deep ruby colour and red cherry, blackcurrant and wild strawberry fruit accented by cedar wood and black pepper. Mid-weight, the palate flavours are balanced by racy acidity and velvet textured tannins. A very attractive wine suited to seared tournedos of beef. (Patricia Stefanowicz MW)
