Pongrácz’ flagship sparkling wine is elegant in both its design and presentation (gorgeous bottle) and in the glass. It shows a medium lemon-green colour with streams of tiny bubbles, and pure expression of mirabelle plums and golden apples, with a croissant overlay. Ultra brut-style, the concentrated flavours are balanced by brisk acidity and satin mousse texture, with chalky and white pepper notes adding complexity. Delicious with grilled tuna steaks.
