Tasting notes:
An organic and vegan Chianti Classico, this wine is a flagship for green producer Sensi. Deepish garnet-coloured, the wine has cranberry and wild strawberry fruit, with accents of truffles, earth and crushed red roses. Dry and slightly peppery, the palate is mid-weight, and shows racy acidity and svelte-textured tannins. A good selection for tomato based, Italian-style sauces on al dente pasta.
