Tasting notes:
An outstanding blanc de noirs with intensity, richness and freshness. Combined with slightly caramelised notes is a mix of crisp apple, white peach, vanilla pod, chalk dust, along with biscuit and brioche, and a hint of old fireplaces, with a charred woody note on the dry finish.
