Tasting notes:
From mainly south-facing slopes at 100m–150m altitude comes this refined Asolo. The ‘A’ stands for Asolo and the ‘3’ for the 3g/l residual sugar. Very pale lime green with a defined cordon and tiny bubbles, the wine has attractive white fruits and accents of white flowers and gentle smoky autolysis. Nearly dry, the linear, light-bodied palate is framed by brisk acidity and satin mousse texture. Pristine, the wine is a great pairing for classic fritto misto. (Patricia Stefanowicz MW)
