Working with Bibendum Wine Commercial Teams the Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the Sales back office support across all On Trade Channels.  The Sales Operations Manager will manage all aspects of operational development and support including Sales Analytics, Channel Planning, Pipeline Management, Sales Administration and Customer Engagement. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for the day to day management and development of the Sales Operations Team.


Core Accountabilities:

  • Building a framework to drive performance accountability across all Trade Channels
  • Support and drive the development and implementation of strategic sales channel plans and initiative
  • Drive territory planning in partnership with the Sales Leadership team to identify opportunities and increase penetration across New Business and Current Customer base
  • Develop a reporting suite to track performance and opportunity to Account Manager level
  • Conduct analysis and review on Sales Force Initiatives which will add EBITDA to the business
  • Communicate strategies with Sales Teams and manage effectiveness of the objectives in line with company goals
  • Ownership and implementation of On-Boarding process for new customers
  • Drive Sales Force Disciplines and adherence to New Ways of Working
  • Ownership of Customer Engagement surveys, analysis and recommendations/solutions
  • Build processes that drive business objectives and results
  • Relationship management with remote operational departments
  • Ability to assimilate data and present proposed solutions
  • Leadership and management of the Sales Operations Team
  • Ability to execute and follow through on all assigned projects
