New Generation McKinley is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their regional sales team and develop a central territory (including Northern Home Counties and East Anglia). Candidates will ideally live in the centre of the proposed territory and the primary focus of the role is to develop duty paid, under bond and ex cellars sales across an account base comprised of independent wine merchants, regional wholesalers and local brewers.
The role includes the opportunity to work with a quality portfolio representing highly acclaimed champagne, wine and spirits producers from around the world. Candidates need to be highly self-motivated, proven salespeople with a professional work ethic.
They should possess a keen interest in wine, be a natural communicator with excellent numerate and negotiating skills. Computer literacy is essential and an understanding of social media tools is preferred. Likely WSET Level 2 qualified.
