Job description
We are looking for an experienced hands-on, positive, dynamic and enthusiastic individual to help us grow our London On-trade sales activities

The Candidate will be a wine enthusiast, ideally WSET qualified and with demonstrable & successful Wine Trade Sales experience.  The Candidate must be energetic, highly driven, self-motivated, well organised and with a strong work ethic with the ability to plan a clear strategy on how to grow sales.

 

Skills/Experience

  • Must have at least 5 years London on-trade wine sales experience including selling to restaurant, Hotels and small and medium groups (outlets with 5+ outlets)
  • Work to sales targets and motivated to achieving/exceeding month after month
  • Build a clear strategy on how to maximise sales
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing activities within accounts
  • Contribute to the expected performance of the company budget
  • Provide regular formal reporting on activity, sales pipeline, successes, opportunities, marketing and business developments
  • A proven sales track record to date – supported by achievements v targets/objectives
  • Ideally WSET qualified
  • Self-driven, results-orientated, with a positive outlook
  • Passionate, enthusiastic and personable
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and numerate
  • Good Writing skills
  • Good negotiation and communication skills – margin and service level focused
  • A great relationship builder and networker
