BRILLIANT, EXPERIENCED, FUN, OBSESSED with craft gin? can you INDEPENDENTLY DRIVE SALES OF LITTLE BIRD IN LONDON’S BARS, RESTAURANTS, HOTELs AND RETAILERS?

Little Bird is totally independent and has been established for four years with our own distillery opening in Peckham in mid-June. We’re looking for a confident, highly motivated, creative and entrepreneurial sales person with the tenacity to drive and deliver strong sales results.

You will work from home and be London based. Working closely with the MD and Sales & Marketing Director this role will require you to manage existing accounts but has a strong focus on developing new business. It is a sales focused role, although rolling up your sleeves and running and hosting events is all part of daily life at Little Bird. You’re flexible, willing to travel and have full clean driving licence (and you’re fun).

YOU’RE TOTALLY BRILLIANT BECAUSE: You will have at least 12 months on-trade sales experience and you will love presenting and public speaking. Your network of customers grows by the day because ‘people buy from people’ and you love to meet new people! You’re confident, driven and want to make your mark in our small, independent company. Your tireless, dogged enthusiasm is infectious and your diligent, motivated attitude is what you wake up with everyday.

HEY, BRIGHT SPARK: You will work under your own steam and be comfortable with working independently. You are organised and you’ve got lots of common sense. You can think on your feet, you can open a conversation with confidence and close a sale, whilst understanding margin, mark up and your customers GP requirements.

LITTLE BIRD LIFE LOOKS A LOT LIKE THIS: The week is yours, we expect you to structure it for success with the help of the Sales & Marketing Director. Keeping, gaining and building customer accounts is what you enjoy doing and your career is all about sales.

You’ll host events either on your own on with other members of the Little Bird team. You can mix, muddle and shake when required – you don’t need to be an expert but you do know a Boston Shaker from a Boston Terrier. Cold calling is a big part of everyday life and we’ll happily pay for your shoes to be resoled, lots of walking and knocking on doors and introducing the Little Bird brand is required. You’re confident in your own ability and you deliver results with personality, pace and energy.
