Field Sales Representatives Required
Do you have flair for sales? Are you passionate about the drinks industry and beer? Do you love doing things a bit differently and are ready to take the next challenge? We have the perfect opportunity to be involved in an exciting UK innovation launch with one of the leading beer and cider companies.

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic & ambitious Field Sales Representative to join the team. Someone who is happy to role their sleeves up & get involved. This role is for 6 months starting beginning of September 2017 with full training and great prospect for full time employment post campaign period.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Product selling for new distribution points
  • Analyse and follow up insights data and target call sheets as well as desk based research for call lists
  • Ensuring achieving weekly / monthly targets
  • Attending monthly team meetings – Nationwide
  • Ensuring that all reporting for the customer capture is completed using the bespokereporting tool
  • Identify opportunities and grow volume in target account base
  • Preparation and delivery of detailed updates for the Sales Team Leader to review performance
  • Account Management – being the main point of contact for customers, building good relationships & representing the brand

 

What we’re looking for: / You may have experience of the following:

ESSENTIAL:

  • Strong Sales Experience with proven ability to influence others – Essential required
  • Proven conversion ability – Essential required
  • Very organised, analytical and problem solving – Moderate required
  • Experience reporting key metrics and sales data back to Sales Team Leader – Considerable required
  • Effective communication, administration & presentation skills – Moderate required
  • Driving License – Essential required

PREFERRED:

  • Previous experience launching new innovation products – desired but not essential
  • A genuine passion for the beer & cider industry
  • Exhibits a ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to take on challenges
  • Ability to build great relationships with customers
  • Ambition to grow in one of the leading beer & cider companies
  • Drives for results, demonstrating perseverance and resilience in the pursuit of commercial goals
  • Flexible learning through doing approach
  • Entrepreneurial flair
