Proud to supply some of The UK’s leading retail, bar and hotel operators including such prestigious outlets as Selfridges, The Savoy, Claridges and Hakkasan this role is very much customer facing and integral to the successful running of the business.
The role has two main areas of responsibility.
The first is to manage the customer ordering process from initially taking orders through to monitoring their successful delivery from our warehouse facility. This also includes managing the invoice process as well as communicating any availability or service issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
The customer service executive is also responsible for managing our goods inwards process and as such will have a high degree of contact with our partner shipping companies and warehouse facilities ensuring that all goods are delivered safely and made available to our customers.
Additionally the Customer Services Executive will also be responsible for a number of ad hoc responsibilities including generating sales reports, distribution of samples and attending customer events.
Outgoing and used to working in a team environment the successful candidate will have very good organisational and administrative skills; be capable of communicating very effectively with customers and colleagues alike; be experienced of working with Sage 200 or a similar financial management system and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
As the role is Park Royal based it is expected that the candidate will live within easy commuting distance.
