Woolf Sung is an established wine and spirits merchant responsible for importing several mind-blowing Champagne and whisk(e)y brands. We’re also an independent bottler of whiskies, with one of our brands winning Best in Class for Design at the Spirits Business Global Spirits Masters 2017 and named in the top 50 most innovative spirit launches of 2017. To keep up with the explosive growth of our whisk(e)y portfolio our brands department is looking for an awesome individual who is passionate and dedicated to all things whisk(e)y and spirits.




The Brands Sales Executive is responsible for relationships with our customers at bar/restaurant level through to retail local and national, ensuring brilliant activation of our whisk(e)y range in the On and Off-Trade; working to maximise the potential for the whiskies and the Woolf Sung portfolio; and making our customers more passionate about whisk(e)y.

As a Brand Sales Executive you will ensure a world-class activation of our whiskies at bar, restaurant and retail level, engage with your contacts to ensure all plans are activated brilliantly. As an expert in this field, and as a passionate individual for whisky, you will execute all activations whilst always networking to ensure both you and our brands become an integral part of the UK bar and retail scene.



  • Develop our brands and maximise sales in London and the surrounding area.
  • Open new accounts in the London On and Off-Trade.
  • Solid understanding of the UK On and Off-Trade.
  • Provide brand training to the On and Off-Trade, as well as to consumers.
  • Behave as a world-class brand ambassador for Woolf Sung and whisk(e)y.
  • Represent our brands at trade events around the country.
  • Encourage repeat orders and ensure our customers are always fully stocked of our products.
  • Go above-and-beyond the call of duty to exceed set KPIs in relation to sales targets, opening new accounts, providing brand education and increasing brand visibility.
  • Have strong communication, administrative skills and be highly organised.
  • Ability to create a strong working network.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong interpersonal skills.

– Someone with a proven track-record (1-2 years ideally) in selling premium drinks to bars and restaurants.

– Someone with demonstrable knowledge of the London bar scene and has cocktail bartending experience.

– Someone with a real passion for, and good knowledge of, whisk(e)y and spirits. A knowledge of wine and beer is not essential but will be favourably considered.

– Able to confidently deliver a tasting to drinks professionals and the public alike.

– Someone with excellent communication and presentation skills.

– Able to proficiently use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).

– Happy to work flexible hours. This is a field-based role that will require working late nights and weekends on occasion.

– Someone with the drive, self-motivation and willpower to seize opportunities and work independently.
