Administrative Assistant – Private Clients

Howard Ripley is a leading specialist importer of Burgundy and German wines.

We are looking for an administrative assistant to help with the day to day running of the business.  This is a varied role as part of a small but growing team.

Dealing primarily with our private clients, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders and arranging delivery
  • Credit control
  • Event planning and execution
  • Management of customer reserves


It is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, passionate and organised individual to make their mark in a company poised for significant expansion.

Experience and key skills required:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
  • A professional level of English (French or German a bonus)
