Cono Sur Masterclass – Tuesday 5th September
Join us at One Great George Street on Tuesday 5th September to taste a selection of Cono Sur wines from across its diverse portfolio, and learn how Cono Sur has created a successful global wine brand using organic viticulture and sustainable production methods.
Cono Sur Vineyards & Winery, founded in 1993, combines traditional winemaking methods with new practices and technologies to create premium, expressive wines that embody the spirit of the New World.
From the heart of Colchagua Valley, Cono Sur is deeply committed to environmental sustainability. Its practices include natural vineyard management, organic production, ISO certifications, and Carbon Neutral delivery status. It believes that producing high-quality wine can coexist with eco-friendly practices.
Chief winemaker Matías Ríos will present the masterclass, together with db Editor-in-chief Patrick Schmitt MW. Places are limited so please register your interest to attend asap.
