Vine to vat: Château releases time-lapse video

Château du Moulin-à-Vent has released a two minute time-lapse video tracing the journey of its grapes from vine to vat during the 2015 harvest.

Located in Beaujolais, in the southernmost tip of Burgundy, Château du Moulin-à-Vent has been producing wine in the Moulin-à-Vent appellation since 1732. It owes its name to the old windmill that stands on the top of the hill of “les Thorins”, with the estate named Château des Thorins prior to the creation of the AOC Moulin-á-Vent appellation in 1936. The estate now stretches over 37 hectares and is owned by the Parinet family.
