Maison Mirabeau brings its Endless Lunch to Hong Kong

Maison Mirabeau celebrated the art of Provençal living with its first Endless Lunch in Hong Kong on 9 May, hosted at Thai restaurant Ruam as part of its wider partnership with Feather & Bone. Guests gathered around long tables to enjoy sharing plates, Mirabeau rosé wines and gin cocktails – bringing together great food, wine and conversation in true Provence style. The event was hosted by Chess Martin, partner & co-founder of Nimbility, representing Maison Mirabeau as its official brand ambassador in Hong Kong.

Capel strengthens its China presence with new Yiming partnership

Alvaro González Fernández, export manager at Capel, travelled from Chile to China for a week of market meetings marking the Capel official launch of the group’s new partnership with Yiming and continued market building with Gotham East. Alongside Manuel Arce, spirits & beverage director at Nimbility, the visit introduced Capel’s extended portfolio to key partners, strengthened local relationships and built new opportunities for Chilean Pisco in China.

Château d’Estoublon introduces a taste of Provence to Seoul

Château d’Estoublon brought the Provence lifestyle to Seoul with an exclusive influencer lunch at Smith & Wollensky on 22 May. Led in market by Andreina Fernandez, export director at Château d’Estoublon, and Sarah Soo-Kyung Henriet, head of Korea at Nimbility, guests discovered L’Excessive – the estate’s non-alcoholic sparkling range – before tasting Château d’Estoublon’s collection of single-varietal olive oils.

Capel showcased at the Chile–Hong Kong Business Summit

Capel was selected as the official Pisco partner of the 2026 Chile–Hong Kong Business Summit organised by ProChile. The event gathered Chilean exporters, trade organisations and local business leaders, culminating in a networking dinner at Spasso Restaurant & Bar where guests discovered Chile’s national spirit through a selection of Pisco cocktails. The partnership was supported locally by Mayidili Sulitang, sales director North Asia at Nimbility.

Poco Vino celebrates Hong Kong tram takeover

Poco Vino marked the official launch of its Hong Kong tram campaign with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on 27 May alongside Chess Martin, partner & co-founder of Nimbility, Kate Williams, head of Asia at AVL, and representatives from Hong Kong importer Black Type and regional retailer DFI. Following the ceremony, guests boarded the branded tram for a private ride through some of Hong Kong Island’s most iconic neighbourhoods.

Non redefines non-alcoholic pairings at L’EnVol

Australian non-alcoholic brand Non hosted an exclusive pairing lunch at two-Michelin-starred L’Envol at The St. Regis Hong Kong on 27 May. Created as a true wine alternative and designed with food pairing at its core, Non showcased the role premium non-alcoholic beverages can play in modern fine dining. The experience was led by Non founder Aaron Trotman alongside Manuel Arce, spirits & beverage director at Nimbility, who represents the brand across Asia.

Jack Daniel’s poured at Hyrox Hong Kong 

Metabev Hong Kong brought Jack Daniel’s to Cigna Healthcare Hyrox Hong Kong 2026, where athletes and spectators gathered at Hyrox House following one of Asia’s largest fitness racing events. Throughout the three-day event at AsiaWorld-Expo, guests enjoyed signature Jack Daniel’s serves, the Hold Cup Challenge, and a dedicated social space designed to celebrate the finish line.

Nikka Frontier officially launches in Hong Kong

Metabev Hong Kong marked the launch of Nikka Frontier with a waterfront event at Pier 7 café & bar on Hong Kong’s Central Harbourfront. Held in partnership with Cafe Deco Group Hong Kong, the evening introduced Nikka Frontier through cocktails, tastings and a special guest shift by Nikka Whisky Global Education Partner Sky Huo, alongside music from DJ Seth Gutierrez and views of the city skyline.

That’s a wrap on Hong Kong Whisky Festival

During Hong Kong Whisky Festival week, Metabev Hong Kong showcased Nikka Frontier through a series of activations across the city. Nikka Frontier was featured at a special guest shift at Avenue 75 Bar & Eatery, where Two Moons co-founder Frankie Leong created exclusive cocktails inspired by Nikka Frontier and the wider Nikka Whisky portfolio. The week culminated at Hong Kong Whisky Festival 2026 at the InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong, where Metabev Hong Kong welcomed whisky enthusiasts to explore Nikka Whisky alongside Benriach, The GlenDronach, Glenglassaugh and Meikle Tòir.

A highlight of the festival was the appearance of Hiromi Ozaki, senior chief blender of Nikka Whisky, who led a special masterclass featuring a rare tasting of The Nikka Limited. Guests also had the opportunity to hear directly from one of the industry’s most respected blenders on the craft, philosophy and precision behind Nikka Whisky.
