Naked speed dating with bottomless Prosecco now available in Balham

Naked speed dating could become a regular feature at The Exhibit in Balham.

A bar in Balham is now hosting a series of naked speed dating events complete with bottomless Prosecco after a successful trial night earlier this year.

Inspired by Channel 4’s dating show Naked Attraction, Naked Speed Dating does more or less exactly what it says on the tin. Eager speed daters will be given dressing gowns to change into at The Exhibit, a bar and self-styled “youth club for adults” in Balham.

From here on in, all men and women in attendance will line up facing one another and then reveal themselves to each other.

However, anyone who doesn’t want to bare all on the night can keep their underwear on.

After the big reveal, guests are encouraged to mingle and enjoy complimentary Prosecco before the speed dating begins in earnest.

Guests must be between 23 and 35 to participate in the event.

“The selection and attraction of a suitable mate is one of fundamental importance to all species, both in the animal kingdom and with humans too,” an explainer on the bar’s website.

“With this in mind, it’s not surprising that in the world of dating the same kind of attraction and science applies.”
