‘Exceptional cellar’ offered on iDealwine

Online fine wine auctioneer iDealwine is offering an “exceptional cellar” full of classic Bordeaux and Burgundy on its platform this month.

Scheduled to end on 31 May, the sale includes around 50 bottles of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti and sought-after vintages of top claret from the 1980s and 1990s.

The wines were consigned by a Luxembourg collector, who acquired them on allocation through the estates’ Luxembourg agents and then kept in professional storage ever since. iDealwine notes they have “perfect traceability”.

Wines on offer include: 1982, 1986 and 1989 Mouton Rothschild; 1983 and 1995 Margaux; 1988 Lafite; 1989, 1990 and 1994 Latour; as well as 1986 and 1996 Léoville Las Cases; 1990 and 1992 Angélus; 1972 Ausone; 1982 and 1990 Cheval Blanc as well as Pichon Baron and Pichon Comtesse, Clos du Marquis, Montrose, Tertre Roteboeuf, Yquem and Evangile.

From DRC there is Romanée-Conti from 1990 to 2000, 1995 Echézeaux, 1990 Grand-Echézeaux, La Tâche, Richebourg and Montrachet.
