A case of 1990 Henri Jayer Cros Parantoux sold for US$113,525 at Hart Davis Hart’s first auction of the season in Chicago.
Chicago chef Charlie Trotter is to auction off his million-dollar cellar from his eponymous fine dining restaurant, which closed this August after 25 years.
Two hundred and fifty bottles of Château Trotanoy will be the main focus of Hart Davis Hart’s auction at the end of this month.
