Patrón launches Margarita ‘bath bombs’ designed to be dropped into Tequila

In honour of International Margarita Day next week, Patrón has created a line of Margarita-flavoured fizzers which can be dropped into a glass of Tequila to create an instant cocktail.

Bacardi buys Patrón Tequila in $5.1 billion deal

Spirits giant Bacardi is buying ultra-premium Tequila brand Patrón in a deal that values Patrón at $5.1 billion, eclipsing the Diageo / Casamigos deal by $4.1bn.
