Aiming to marry with the glamour associated with the hotel, Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. Follador will now be served at the hotel’s bars and restaurant.

The hotel hit the headlines last year when it was hired to host the wedding of George Clooney and human rights barrister Amal Allamudin. It is reportedly one of the most expensive hotels in the world.

Cristina Follador, the producer’s marketing director, said, “We are so happy that our Prosecco Superiore has been added to the selection of the wines at the Hotel Cipriani. It’s the right flavor to accompany the unique culinary experiences and wonderful moments of relaxation at such an iconic landmark.”

Giuseppe Cannito, food & beverage manager at Hotel Cipriani commented, “In the choice of wines, as in the foods, we are very strict: only the best for our haute cuisine, inspired by tradition and made by our chef who is internationally renowned and has been awarded two Michelin stars. Prosecco Superiore Brut Follador, with its distinguished flavour and balance, fully meets our needs.”
