The bar is due to open its doors again this Saturday, 6 September, after an extensive refurbishment.

With a newly revamped list featuring grand marques such as Dom Pérignon, La Grande Dame, Comtes de Champagne and Cristal alongside a large selection of smaller grower Champagnes, such as; Collin, Massin and Bouchard.

There will also be by-the-glass offerings such as Delamotte blanc de blancs, 2004 Dom Pérignon, 2004 Moët & Chandon Rosé and Bruno Paillard 1996.

Cocktail and malt whisky lovers will also be able to choose from a wide variety of Champagne or fresh fruit-based cocktails and malts ranging from Glenfarclas to Yamazaki.

Champagne lovers can also look forward to a range of traditional (and less traditional) Champagne pairings such as oysters, caviar, smoked salmon, bellota ham and foie gras, while being serenaded by a live music schedule of jazz, cabaret and blues.

From 6pm to 8pm every evening, jazz duo Jezrael Lucero and Oscar Azahar will perform during happy hour, while widely renowned jazz singer Jessica Chanse (performing for the first time in Hong Kong and pictured) will take over from 9pm-1am every night with her jazz and blues repertoire.

Special jazz trio evenings will be held on Sundays.
