The best beer towns in the US

As part of its “Best of USA” series CNN Travel has revealed the best beer towns that America has to offer.

Boston LagerWith craft beer booming in the US more and more people are travelling the country to see what beers different towns have to offer.

CNN Travel’s Jordan Burchette and Lauren Passell have looked into some of the country’s beer towns and have revealed their top eight cities in the US for beer explorers.

They have scored each town out of 10 for history, breweries, bars and events and if you click through the following pages to see which towns top the list.

It is perhaps not surprising that some of the towns featured are home to some the biggest craft brewers in the US.
