I heart wines introduce ‘mini’ bottle

Leading global drinks company Copestick Murray has announced that the “i heart” wines brand is “going mini” and will be available in 187ml bottles.
The new 187ml range will be launching in the UK’s On-Trade in May in selected Greene King and Belhaven pubs, and will include Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Zinfandel Rosé, Merlot and Shiraz.
Rachel Archer, i heart brand manager, said: “We are really happy to be adding a new format to the range which will take the brand into the On-Trade as well as other new sectors.”
To support the launch, i heart will be running a competition in conjunction with Greene King and Belhaven, which will be communicated via i heart branded beer mats and promoted via social media.
Archer added: “The Greene King and Belhaven competition we will be running is in-keeping with the brand being fun and light-hearted and it will be great to engage with consumers in this way.
“The brand is really going from strength to strength and this new launch is building on the success of the current convenience and multiples channels, as well as opening up travel retail, outdoor events, sports grounds etc. 2013 is an exciting year for i heart with more news to come”.
