Winemakers assess Napa’s ‘affordable’ Chardonnay

Domaine Chandon Chardonnay Carneros 2011 ($26)

ChandonThis wine has rich, ripe pear, nectarine and spice flavours. Chandon recommends grilled salmon and halibut with their Chardonnay.
