Not quite sure what this means as its rather misleading, but I suspect its total consumption p.a. in which case I think you mean hectolitres!!!!!
“Wine by contrast goes up from 13.9m litres to 16m litres” Again, not quite sure what this means, but again looks like it should be consumption p.a. and should say hectolitres!
